Tutorial:

If you only have one person…
you get a rocket launcher, overshield, max health, and a perfectly good tank.
line the tank up on the wall with the windows on it and flip it over then get on top of the wheel
then jump to the bottom wheel and right when you hit press R and X and you will fly to the third column
there will be an invisible wall
then rocket jump over
and there ya go your out on the other side
or just search tank jumping out of zanzibar
