Coins & Chips: Anti Gravity aka Muscle Pass Poker Trick Written Tutorial

Does take a lot of practice.

Big hands are an advantage in doing this trick, but people with small hands can still do it.

Use middle or middle 2 fingers to place the chip in your palm.

Practise by getting the feel of having a chip in this part of your hand.

Chip is held in place on your palm between your thumb & pinkie finger.

Pressure applied by thumb is what makes the chip pop out from your hand.

You should not move your hand vertically to assist the chip move but naturally it will move very slightly.

The chip should leave your thumb first or else you are doing it incorrectly.

Ho to Practise:

Your hand may hurt a little as you initially start.

It’s recommended never to practise for more than 10 to 15 minutes at any time, or to stop when you experience any discomfort.

Especially people with small hands may want to practise 1st wth a coin or something smaller than a standard poker chip.

Where you hold the chip near your thumb & apply all the pressure will become a little red. Eventually then skin here will become firmer, and this added strength in this part of your hand will enable you to do this trick better.

You should initially try to get the chip just to flip over in your hand or move a couple of centimeters in the air.

Try passing the chip horizontally between hands before you aim to get the chip to move vertically.

As you practise more, as your muscles grow stronger & you get better move your hands further apart so you are passing the chip greater & greater distances progressively.

Once you’re able confidently to pass the chip from one hand to another over a fair distance, try moving the chip vertically.

Don’t worry about catching the chips at all, try to progressively get the chip to move higher & higher.

It’s generally considered that most people can get a poker chip to move vertically anywhere between 6 inches & a foot, if you can move it more than 1 foot, you’re doing well.
