Instructions:

1. Get in the Agency SUV and go to a wall that goes straight up.

2. Accelerate until the car is about parallel to the wall, hold down B and you will ride up the wall.

3. If your time is just right, you can let go up B and hold it down again so you can go farther and farther.

Hard, but if you good enough you can climb up the Agency tower, Wang’s Tower, or even Cowell’s Tower.
