Tactical third-person shooter video game Gears of War Glitches & Tutorials: Back Flip / Kung Fu Flip Anywhere

Explanations:

You need a Lag Switch for this, but if u connect your XBox through your PC (like Team Standby on Halo 2), you can use ZoneAlarm to standby. You also need to now how to KungFu almost every time.
