A number of different ways to get to the balconies on canals
Instructions:
1. Force mount to Sandbag / Ledge
2. Levitate towards the balcony as shown in the video
You can levitate by pressing, Down + A at the same time then hold Forward to go up
3. Make sure all camera angles are facing the sky before levitating. Once mounted like in the video, you can Kung Fu to different places
4. To force mount, press Down A, Forward A. you will need to do this so you can levitate as high as the balconies to extreme mount.
