Grand Theft Auto IV (GTA 4) sandbox-style action-adventure video game glitches & tricks: Inside Skyscraper Tutorial
Instructions:
1. Fly to the building that has purple lights on the side of it
2. Once landed, go to the side of the building and climb down the big ladder
3. Now go to the middle of the building and you will see 4 ladders that go nowhere
4. Climb up and you will be inside the building.
