Instructions:

Put the boat against a wall of your choice and all you need to do is climb up and in the middle of climbing, press Y to fall. And if done correctly, you will go through the wall barrier and out of the map.

Takes a lot of practice to get the feel of it, once you get used to it, you will be getting out of maps easily.
