Instructions:

The simplest way to do this is to take cover on any of the inner wheels of the plane. You should see the camera moving away from you as the plane drags you. The farther the camera gets from you the farther you will slide across the runway. Keep the camera facing your character, then after you get loose of the plane shoot the other direction or look in the other direction and your guy will slide.
