Go as fast as you can on an exceptionally fast motorcycle and hit something at max speed. If your bike disappears you have done it correctly. But now the hard part is finding it, search everywhere it might have gone and press the Y button until you hop onto it. Because of the incredibly large area it could go, its easier to do this in a subway tunnel.
