first kill yourself wherever you want the zombies to go and have your team let you bleed out. Then next round when you respawn go down to the random box and run, jump, and crouch on it and it should make a barrier. Most of the time you should jump a little to the left of the middle like i did in the video. Then have your team go right next to you if it is only 1 person or you can have some people go in that back room to the side as long as they stay kind of far back in there. You can buy the random box and it wont break the glitch also.
